Order Processing

Your orders are carefully processed on business days until 6:00 PM. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates are provided for each product. These dates are the closest possible estimates, and we strive to make them as accurate as possible. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on product availability and the selected shipping carrier.

Shipping Carriers

We primary use PPL as a carrier. This company specializes in fast and reliable delivery. Other supported shipping companies that you can choose are Balíkovna, Packeta, DPD, GLS, FedEx and UPS. You can find the range of shipping companies and their prices by adding items to your cart and selecting the country of delivery.

Weight and Size Limitations

The mentioned shipping options apply to shipments weighing up to 10 kg (22,05 lb) with a maximum side length of 120 cm (1,32 yd). Please consider these limitations when selecting products and shipping methods.

Payments Received

  2. Apple Pay: If you have an Apple device, you can use the secure and convenient Apple Pay payment solution. Simply add your payment card to Apple Wallet and then you can make a payment with a tap or click.

  3. Google Pay: If you have an Android device, you can use Google Pay. Just add your payment card to Google Pay and then you can simply make a payment using your phone or tablet.

  4. Bank Transfer: You can also make a payment via bank transfer. After you complete your order, you will receive the necessary information to make the payment. Please note that the order will only be shipped once the amount has arrived in our bank account.

  5. Cash: If you prefer to collect in person, you can pay cash on collection. It is also possible to pay for your order using a credit card at a payment terminal.
